I wasn't looking for a color challenge tonight. Honest. I was just going to play a bit in my craft room and then go to bed. I blurfed a bit and saw that Randee, Sarah-Jane , and Kelley all had the same color challenge submissions on their blog (Seriously, I started to think I had missed the memo ladies). It was a new challenge Travellingmama had started. So fun! Then I started sorting and putting stuff away in my room. I sat down and made a card (wasn't really planning on doing a challenge tonight) and when I was done I looked at it and thought, well I could use this for the Traveller's challenge! So here it is:
Nothing really fancy here. I am a pro at nothing really fancy. My copics are crying in their little boxes right now....

Okay, I'm gonna have to play this one soon...saw it the other night on her blog (with intentions of playing along), then everyone else was adding their creations...now I'm itching to play with these colors!
Your card looks wonderful!!!
It does inspire me Katie. This is a lovely card! I really like the look of felt on cards, yet I rarely use it myself...note to self: use more felt!!
Best wishes,
Sam.
Very pretty! I love that felt flower and the paper piercing around the box. It really adds a lot! Simple is all I can come up with these days but... I like simple so that is ok. I am always happier with my simple cards!
Very pretty card! Love the felt look and of course the paper piercing rocks!
I am so glad you decided to join us! Yeah! Your card is so sweet! It looks like a picture frame with the layers being inset because of the paper piercing- very cool! And I love the felt too! You have great style, girl!
Hugs from Morocco!
ooohhhh.....I love your take on the challenge...perfect-o!
Gorgeous job -- I love the layers on the felt flower. There is so much detail in this simple design.
So cute! I love the felt flower!
What a fun card! That felt flower is great! I like the paper piercing border around the main image.
